Manage Roles
The Roles section in Denven enables users to assign specific permissions to various roles within the practice. Based on the permissions granted, individuals assigned to these roles can access different functionalities within Denven.

To assign permissions, navigate to ‘Settings' and click on 'Roles' under the practice management section.
Here, you'll see a list of roles along with the number of users assigned to each role. Select the role for which you want to assign permissions by clicking on 'Options' next to the role, then choose ‘Permissions’.
Here, you can customize permissions related to clinic management, product management, and access to reports and inventory analytic. Adjust the permissions according to your practice policy and click 'Save' to apply the changes.
You cannot change the permissions for the owner because these permissions are locked, granting the owner full access to everything within the system. However, if you wish to restrict access for other roles, you can configure permissions accordingly. For instance, if you have a temporary staff member and prefer to limit their access to sensitive information, such as purchasing histories or other critical business data, you can set up permissions to restrict access to those specific functions and features, ensuring only the necessary information is available to them.
