Tutorial for Recording Prosthetic Consumption and Implant Placement in Denven

This guide will walk you through the simple steps to record prosthetic consumption and implant placement in the Denven Implant application. By following these steps, you can track implant usage, monitor prosthetic consumption, and maintain complete records for every procedure.

1. Setting Up Consumers

First, add Consumers in your account to track who is using the implant stock. Consumers can include dentists and other staff members.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Select Consumers and add the required details for each dentist or staff member.

2. Recording Prosthetic Consumption

  • Navigate to the Implant Section and locate the specific prosthetic in your stock.

  • Click on Placement to access all prosthetic details.

  • Select Add Prosthetics and enter:

    • Quantity being used

    • Patient’s name

    • Operating dentist’s name

  • Click Save Changes to record the consumption.

To view consumption details, go to the Prosthetic Patient Details Report under Reports Section.

3. Recording Implant Placement

  • Find the implant in your stock and select Placement to view implant details.

  • Click Add Placement and enter the following:

    • Lot number and Reference number

    • Patient’s name and Date of birth

    • Placement date and Tooth where the implant is placed

    • Operating dentist

  • Add any notes or attachments (e.g., images, files) if needed.

  • Click Save Changes to complete the record.

To access implant placement records or download the implant passport, go to the Implant Patient Details Report in Reports Section.
