Implant Stock

The Implant Stock Page allows users to manage and track implant and prosthetic stock.
Each product listed on the Implant Stock Page includes crucial information to help users effectively manage implant stock.
💡 NOTE: To access the Implant section in Denven, users need a subscription. If you haven't subscribed yet, you can contact the Denven admin to get access to the Implant section and all its features.
Name: Displays the name of the implant or prosthetic.
Supplier: Shows the supplier of the implant.
Storage: The Storage section in Denven shows where an implant is stored within your practice. You can create multiple storages to suit your operational needs. For instance, you can set up a centralized stockroom from which all products are moved to different storages. Additionally, Denven allows you to create detailed storage categories, such as Surgery 1, Drawer 5, offering flexibility to manage your inventory at both a microscopic and macroscopic level. You can organize your storage system according to your convenience by navigating to the storage settings and configuring storages as needed.
Unit Price: Displays the price per unit of the implant or prosthetic.
Quantity on Hand: The current number of items in stock.
Expiry Date: The expiration date of the product. The Red code implies that the product is expired, Orange means the product is approaching expiry, and Green means it is within a safe usage period. You can view all expired product details in the Implant Expiry Report, which can be accessed in the implants reports section.
Order Date: The date when the product was last ordered.
Product Code: A unique identifier code for the implant or prosthetic.
Placement: In the Placement section, you can record both the consumption of prosthetics and implant placements. This is the only method by which the Quantity on Hand can be updated in the Implant section. To adjust the quantity, you must either consume or place the product. If you are consuming a prosthetic, the usage is tracked in the Prosthetic Patient Details Report. If you are placing an implant, the placement details are captured in the Implant Patient Details Report.
Return: If you wish to return an implant for any reason, you can use the Return function. All returned products will be recorded and maintained in the Returned Product Report, which can be accessed under the Implant Report section.
Tags: Tags are used to categorize and organize products for easier identification and management. Denven provides suggested tags, but you can also create your own personalized tags. To create a tag:
Select the ‘Plus’ icon in front of the product in the Tags section.
You can either choose from the suggested tags or create a new tag by selecting the ‘Add Tag’ button in the top right corner.
Enter your tag in the search box and click ‘Add Tag’, followed by the green tick mark.
Save the changes to create and apply your new tag.
Product Image: Denven allows you to add images for each product to make your inventory more visually identifiable. You can either upload an image or capture one using the camera on your phone through the Denven Implant Management app. To add an image, select the Plus icon in front of the respective product and upload or capture the file. If you are using the desktop version, you can only upload an image.
