Denven Reports and Analytics provides a comprehensive overview of your inventory, offering detailed insights to help manage stock efficiently. With these tools, you can track product usage, monitor stock levels, and forecast future requirements. The Stock Management and Implant Management sections have a variety of reports. You can generate customized reports tailored to your specific needs by adding filters.
💡 NOTE: To access the Implant section in Denven, users need a subscription. If you haven't subscribed yet, you can contact the Denven admin to get access to the Implant section and all its features.
All Products Report
The All Products Report provides a comprehensive overview of every product in your inventory, including those that are currently out of stock. It keeps a record of all products, even those that have been fully consumed or are no longer in stock, ensuring a complete historical database. This report helps maintain a clear inventory history for easy reference and tracking.
You can filter the All Products Report by several criteria:
Date filter: Allows you to specify a time period and see which products were in stock during that time.
Storage filter: Displays products stored in a specific storage location since you started using Denven.
Supplier filter: Shows all products supplied by a selected supplier that have been part of your inventory.
Inventory Report
The Inventory Report provides real-time updates on your current stock levels, showing product quantities and their respective storage locations. It helps manage your stock effectively, ensuring up-to-date information on available products. This report is similar to the stock page, offering an easy-to-navigate view of your current inventory.
Filters available:
Date filter: View stock details for a specific period.
Storage filter: See products in specific storage locations.
Supplier filter: Filter products based on suppliers.
Consumption Report
The Consumption Report offers insights into your stock usage, helping you understand consumption patterns and optimize your inventory levels. By analyzing consumed quantities, you can identify frequently used products, helping with future demand forecasting and reducing risks of overstocking or stockouts.
You can filter the Consumption Report by:
Date filter: View stock usage over specific timeframes.
Storage filter: Check product consumption from specific storage locations.
Supplier filter: Analyze product consumption by supplier.
Dentist filter: Track products used by individual dentists. You can also expand the entries to view details such as the date, time, dentist, and the quantity of products consumed.
In the Consumption Report, you can expand each product entry to get detailed information on its usage. When you expand the entry, the following information is displayed:
Date and time of consumption: When the product was used.
Who used it: The specific dentist or staff member who consumed the product.
Quantity consumed: How much of the product was used in each instance.
Inventory Low Level Report
The Inventory Low Level Report highlights products that have fallen below the predefined minimum stock levels. When a product’s quantity goes below the set minimum level, it is flagged in this report as low stock. From this report, you can directly add low stock items to your basket and place an inquiry or order to restock them.
Filters available:
Storage filter: Select a specific storage location to view products that are low in that storage.
Supplier filter: Shows low stock products from a particular supplier.
Price History Report
The Price History Report tracks the unit prices of products from your last four purchases. This report is useful for monitoring price fluctuations and making informed purchasing decisions. By comparing current prices with historical data, you can choose the best suppliers for cost-effective inventory management.
Red up arrow: Indicates that product prices have increased since the last purchase.
Green down arrow: Indicates that product prices have decreased.
In the Price History Report, you can expand each product entry to view detailed purchasing history, including:
Price differences: A comparison of the product’s unit prices across the last four purchases.
Price trends: A graph showing the price trend over time, helping you visually monitor price changes.
Supplier Report
The Supplier Report provides an overview of your purchases and the expenses incurred for each supplier. This report helps you visualize and understand your spending patterns with different suppliers, identifying which suppliers account for the largest portion of your expenses.
Bar graph: Clicking on an individual supplier’s bar expands to show detailed product and expense information.
Pie chart: Provides a percentile breakdown of spending, allowing you to quickly assess which supplier has the comparatively highest expenses.
Expiry Report
The Expiry Report helps you manage product expiry dates, minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Products are color-coded:
Red: Indicates expired products.
Orange: Indicates products nearing expiration.
Green: Indicates products far from expiry.
You can filter the Expiry Report based on:
Expiry status: View expired, near-expiry, or products set to expire within a specific timeframe.
Storage filter: View expired products in specific storage locations.
Supplier filter: Check which supplier’s products have expired.
Returned Product Report
The Return Product Report contains details of all products, especially implants, that you’ve chosen to return to the supplier. It provides a clear record of all returned items, helping you efficiently track and manage return transactions.
Date filter: View return details for a specific time period.
Supplier filter: View products returned to specific suppliers.
Prosthetic Patient Details
The Prosthetics Patient Details report contains information about all the consumed prosthetics. It provides insights about the patient details, prosthetic specifications, dentist who used it, and quantity used. This report helps you track prosthetic usage and manage your inventory more effectively.
Search bar: Quickly search by patient name, product name, doctor, or product code.
Date filter: View prosthetic usage over a specific time period.
Storage filter: View prosthetics used from specific storage locations.
Dentist filter: View prosthetic usage by specific dentists.
Implant Patient Details
The Implant Patient Details Report tracks implant placements and includes patient details, implant details, and operation information. You can also download implant passports and attachments directly from this section, ensuring efficient tracking of implant-related data.
Date of operation: View implant placements on specific dates.
Dentist filter: View implants placed by specific dentists.
Search bar: Quickly search by patient name, product name, lot number, reference number, or dentist.
Actions option: Allows you to download the implant passport for individual patients.
