Download and Edit Implant Passport

To download the Implant Passport, navigate to the Implant Patient Details Report in the Implant Reports section.

Locate the patient whose Implant Passport you wish to download. Click on the three dots next to the patient’s entry.

Select Export PDF from the dropdown menu. Denven will automatically download the Implant Passport in PDF format.

To edit implant patient details in the Implant Patient Details Report, first, locate and select the specific patient entry you wish to update. Click on the “Edit” option to access the editing interface. Here, you can modify various details, including the patient’s information, operation date, and any uploaded attachments. You can also add or update notes, update the implant specification details. Once all necessary edits are complete, save the changes to ensure Denven updates the implant patient details accordingly.
