The Quick Smart Check feature helps you quickly identify duplicate products and verify your Draft Stock before releasing items to Main Stock.
Let me walk you through exactly how it works.
Step 1: Open Draft Stock
Navigate to Draft Stock Management.
This page displays all newly received products before they are moved to Main Stock.
All draft products are listed in a table.
Step 2: Open Quick Smart Check
Click Quick Smart Check at the top of the Draft Stock page.
The Quick Smart Check page will open.
This page shows you all your draft products in a clean table format, along with important status information.
Step 3: Review the Status Cards
At the top of the page, you'll see two summary cards.
Duplicates Found (Red Card):
Shows the number of products that appear more than once in your Draft Stock.
These products should be reviewed before being released.
Example: If 3M RelyX has been added twice, it will appear here.
Ready to Release (Green Card):
Shows the number of products that have been verified successfully.
These products contain no duplicate entries.
They are ready to be released to Main Stock.
Step 4: Review the Product List
All draft products are displayed in a table.
Each product is selected by default.
Clear the checkbox for any product you do not want to include in the current Quick Smart Check.
This is useful if you want to review a product before releasing it.
Step 5: Confirm the Check
Click Continue or Run Quick Smart Check.
A confirmation message will appear.
Review the information and click Confirm to proceed.
Step 6: Run the Quick Smart Check
The system automatically checks all selected products.
Duplicate products are identified.
Product quantities are verified.
All selected items are processed in a single batch, saving time compared with checking products individually.
Step 8: Monitor the Progress
Progress is displayed while the Quick Smart Check is running.
You'll be able to see which products are being processed.
Once complete, the results and status cards will update automatically.
