Manage Suppliers
Denven offers a comprehensive list of suppliers that provide a wide range of dental supplies across the UK, ensuring that you have access to reliable and trusted sources for all your dental practice needs. If you need to add a new supplier to your system who is not currently listed, please reach out to the Denven support team.

In the Supplier section, you can only edit or update the information related to the supplier representative, such as their contact details or name. This section does not allow users to add a new supplier, upload an invoice for that supplier, or search for the supplier’s products.
If the supplier you’re looking for does not appear in the list of available suppliers in the Denven system, you will need to contact the Denven team. They will assist in adding the supplier details to the system, which will enable you to upload invoices or search for that supplier’s products as needed.
To add supplier information, navigate to the dashboard and click on the ‘Settings' tab and choose 'Suppliers' under the 'Inventory Management' section.
Here, you'll see a list of available suppliers that you can order from using Denven. Locate your desired supplier and click on the options tab next to their name, then select 'Edit Supplier Information’.
Enter your supplier representative’s name, email address, contact details, and your account number with the supplier. Ensure to check the 'Send Email' box, allowing Denven to send enquiry and order emails to your supplier representative. Finally, click 'Save' to confirm.
