This article provides a quick guide on how to update stock quantities and edit product details in the Denven Stock Management App, helping you keep inventory information accurate and current.
1. Updating Stock Quantity
Locate the Product
Go to the Inventory section. You can find the product by either:
Scanning the Barcode: Use the Scan Barcode feature for direct access.
Searching Manually: Type the product name or code into the search bar.
Adjust Quantity
Once located, select Update Quantity and enter the new quantity to match your current stock levels.
2. Editing Product Details
Access the Product Page
In the inventory, find the product you need to update.
Select Edit Details
Click on Edit Details to modify information such as:
Product Name
Price
Description
Save Changes
After making the necessary adjustments, click Save Changes to update the product’s information.
