Tutorial for How to Add Products to Stock in Denven Implant Management App

This guide explains how to add new products to your implant stock in Denven, either by scanning a barcode or manually entering product details, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory.

Steps to Add a Product to Stock

  1. Navigate to the Implant Section

    • Go to the Implants tab on your dashboard.

  2. Select Add New Product

    • In the Implant Section, click on Add New Product at the top.

  3. Add Product via Barcode or Manual Entry

    • Option 1: Scan Barcode
      If the product has a barcode, use the Scan Barcode feature to quickly add the implant to the inventory.

    • Option 2: Manual Entry
      If there is no barcode, manually enter the product details:

      • Supplier

      • Product Name

      • Product Code

      • Unit Price

      • Expiry Date (if applicable)

      • Storage Location

  4. Save the Product

    • After entering the details or scanning the barcode, click Save to add the product to your stock.

  5. Review in Stock List

    • The new product will now appear in your stock list, where you can view or edit its details if needed.
