Welcome to the Denven Print Label feature. In this tutorial, I'll show you how to quickly print QR code labels for multiple stock items.
Step 1: Open Stock Management
Navigate to Stock Management.
All your products are displayed in a table.
Step 2: Select Your Products
Select the products you want to print labels for using the checkboxes.
You can select a single product or multiple products at the same time.
Once you've made your selection, click Print Label.
Step 3: Open the Print Label Window
The Print Label window will open.
At the top, you'll see the product name and the total number of selected products.
From here, you can customise your label settings before printing.
Step 4: Choose a Label Size
Select the label size that best suits your needs.
Small (3.8 × 2.5 cm)
Includes the QR code and product name.Medium (5.7 × 4.5 cm)
Includes the QR code, product name, supplier and storage location.Med Long (5.7 × 7.0 cm)
Provides additional space for more information.Long (5.7 × 9.9 cm)
Includes a product image along with all product details.
Note: Depending on the selected size, you can also include optional Tags and Notes on the label.
Step 5: Review the Live Preview
A live preview is displayed on the right-hand side of the window.
The preview updates automatically whenever you change the label settings.
Use it to confirm that the label will appear exactly as expected before printing.
Step 6: Configure the Product Details
The following product information is displayed by default:
Product Name
Supplier
Storage Location
Each field is selected by default.
Leave a field selected to include it on the label.
Clear a field if you don't want it to appear.
Step 7: Set the Label Quantity
Use the + and − buttons to choose how many copies of the label you want to print.
The default quantity is 1 label per product.
Step 8: Add Tags and Notes (Optional)
If required, you can add additional information to your labels.
Tags
Add coloured tags to help identify products quickly.
Notes
Use the notes field to include extra information, such as:
Batch numbers
Expiry reminders
Storage instructions
Any other useful notes
Note: The notes field has a character limit, and a live character count is displayed as you type.
Step 9: Review Each Selected Product
As you complete one product, the next selected product is displayed automatically.
The product information and live preview update accordingly.
You can also use the Previous and Next arrows to move between products manually.
Step 10: Monitor Your Progress
A progress bar is displayed at the bottom of the window.
It shows:
The number of products you've reviewed.
The total number of selected products.
Your overall completion percentage.
The progress bar updates automatically as you review each product.
Step 11: Apply the Same Settings to All Products
If you'd like to use the same settings for every selected product:
Click Apply to All.
Your chosen label size, selected fields, tags and notes will be copied to all selected products.
This saves time by eliminating the need to configure each product individually.
Step 12: Export Your Labels
Once you're happy with your settings, click Export PDF.
Denven generates a PDF containing all selected labels.
The PDF includes the complete print layout, allowing you to review everything before printing.
Depending on the selected label size, each label may include:
Product image.
QR code.
Product name.
Supplier.
Storage location.
Step 13: Print Your Labels
After the PDF has been generated:
Your browser's print window will open.
Select your printer.
Choose the number of copies required.
Adjust any additional print settings if necessary.
Click Print to print your labels.
